Finance Advice, Credit rating hurt but now could arrange payments, just not the whole amount at once.?

I have completely stuffed up credit rating have a debt(3 years old) of around 45,000. No bank will help, even thought now my situation has changed and I earn around 80,000 and could pay it back. Any advice?
