someone here from the philippines who can give some advice about failure to pay credit card?

i cannot pay my credit card anymore, because of a financial problem i am facing now.

depends on the state you are in. some states allow them to garnish your wages, some such as Texas does not.

    some people will be calling you soon..they will going to tell you that if you dont pay ur debt we will sue you..just try to pay them even for a minimum amount..
